Terms and Conditions For Online Court Bookings

• All internet purchases are confirmed bookings and refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be not allowed even if the players fail to turn up for the confirmed booking time and date.
• Every transactions are restricted to booking of 1 badminton court of a definite one hour duration of play only.
• There will also be an additional Rs.25 on top of the booking fee per court for every successful transaction.
• The allotted time for players to make payment is 5 minutes. You will risk losing your chosen slot if you pay after the allotted time.
• Players should reach the court within 10 minutes after booking slip has been stamped by the reception, or else the Club Management or Sports Attendant has the right to give a secondary booking to other Players.

Rules & Regulations

• Player can make court bookings in advance.
• Booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5-minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.
• To ensure that everyone has a chance to use the facilities there may be restrictions on the number of bookings each player is permitted to make for each day.
• Management reserves the right to cancel any confirmed bookings any time without giving prior notice to the player for Club Events/ Functions.
• Any player can make online court bookings.
• Player is required to bring the copy of confirmed booking slip and produce the same at the reception for verification & stamping on the same day for the slot booked.
• All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation email/SMS to your entered email address/mobile number

Steps For Online Booking

• Select "Book a Court" link in the top menu of the SR Sports Website
• Select Date and click on "Check Availability" button to display available court slots
• Select available court (marked in green), a popup will be displayed to enter player details
• Enter all the fileds and read and accept the terms & conditions
• Click on "Book" button to proceed further
• Court booking confirmation page will be displayed to verify player details
• Click on "Makepayment" button to pay money online
• Website will take you to "PayUmoney" thirdparty site to pay the money
• Booking confirmation page will display and user will recive confirmation email and SMS of the booking details

Dress Code

• Players should be dress-up in sportswear only, Players wearing Jeans, Salwar Suits, Sarees are not allowed to play
• Only non-marking badminton – gum sole sports shoes are allowed
• Players are requested to wear the shoes inside shuttle court premises. This measure will keep the shoes soles clean with no traces of pebbles trapped in the sole grooves thereby keeping the synthetic court surface scratch free

Game

• Players should bring his/her own sports equipment (including racquets, shuttlecocks, etc…)
• Players are advised to adopt the new 21 points scoring system that is internationally approved
• Players are requested to maintain their time slot properly
• If possible, same court will be given
• Players should not bring personal trainees into the sports center, without informing the management

General

• Management is not responsible for your belongings
• It is the responsibility of every player to ensure that they always keep the premises neat and clean
• Management is not responsible if any injury is caused to the player during the play / classes, however FIRST-AID will be provided
• Strictly ‘no entry’ for outsiders who are not the Players of court.
• Players are advised use the valet parking
• Drivers, Maids, Gunman, Assistants are strictly not allowed inside shuttle courts
• Smoking is not permitted in the entire sports complex
• Players should show their booking confirmation email/SMS to the Management or Sports Attendant
